We would really like to thank you for your part in making our recent trip to Alaska so very memorable.
We recently completed a Princess Cruise Tour. We flew from our home in Arizona to Anchorage. We then traveled by Alaska Railroad to Denali National Park where we spent two days taking the bus tour through the Park and visiting the Park Visitor Center. Then on by train to Fairbanks where we again spent two days visiting a Gold Mine, a Riverboat tour, and visiting the Alaska Pipeline. From there we traveled by motor coach to Dawson City, again spending two days visiting a Gold Dredge and seeing a show at Diamond Tooth Gerties. Then on by coach to the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge for a night. We then went on by coach through the Chugach Mountains over Thompson Pass, stopping to see the Worthington Glacier, before moving on to Valdez. Here we boarded a Catamaran crossing over Prince William Sound to Whittier.
At Whittier, we boarded the Princess Sapphire for a cruise through the inside passage to Vancouver. Along the way we stopped at Skagway where we rode the White Pass and Yukon Narrow Gauge Railroad. Our next stop was in Juneau where we took our Alaska Heli-Mush helicopter tour, of which you were such an important part. Our next stop was at Ketchikan where we took another catamaran up into Misty Fjord and returned on a deHavaland Sea Otter seaplane flying over spectacular scenery. Our cruise ended in Vancouver where we caught our plane home to Arizona.
We cant begin to describe how beautiful Alaska is, as you already must know. But of all the beauty we saw, my wife and I whole-heartedly agree that the absolute highlight of our entire vacation was our Alaska Heli-Mush Tour. First of all, since our son is completing his training to become a helicopter pilot, we loved not only the helicopter itself, but also the beauty we saw on the way to your glacier. But the dog sled adventure far exceeded our expectations. All of you were so friendly and cheerful and made each of us feel so welcome and special. We enjoyed so very much talking with you as you taught us about dog sledding and sharing with us your personal ambitions. I hope our senior citizen status makes it forgivable for us to say, you are such a neat kid. Thank you for your part in making this such a beautiful and memorable experience.
I am including a couple of our favorite photos from our HeliMush adventure. The first "sporting your sunglasses tan line", and the second with us. I am also copying this letter to Alaska Heli-Mush, Inc. and to Era Helicopters, as I think they should know what an important part you had in making this vacation so GREAT.
Thank you again!

The Dogsled Tour was the BEST excursion for all ages. Every time I look at the picture, I get that "Oh my GOD, that was the best excursion we have ever been on feeling" all over again and just break into a big smile again. Really, it was super and everyone that was in our group just loved it.
In our helicopter there were 4 adults plus the pilot (depends on your weight). If possible get the front seat - super view and great for pic taking. Well anyway, the ride was about 30 min, we flew over the 4 glaciers, the pilot and passengers all have head phone on and he tells you where you are, the different name of the glaciers etc - very informative.
When we landed on the glacier, we were introduced to our guide and off we went. Like I mentioned earlier, the actual dog sled ride was about 45 min. The guide stops around 3 times - one because another sled tipped over in front of us (DH drivers LOL) - so you really do need to help steer the sled- LOL (making sure you don't go left when the dogs want to go right ).. We really had a blast and would do it again in a heart beat.
