* Accurate passenger weights are required for proper weight and balance of the aircraft. Passenger weight is described as the total body weight and anything you as the passenger bring on board, i.e. camera and bag, extra clothing, etc. Passengers whose weight is 250 pounds or more will be assessed a surcharge of approximately $75 to $125, depending on tour. Additional space will then be allocated on the aircraft for such passengers. Failure to report accurate weight could result in denied boarding and rescheduling or cancellation of your tour without refund.
* All tours operate on a four-passenger minimum. We ask that you reconfirm your reservation 24-hours prior to departure date by calling your departure base directly. Central reservations cannot reconfirm reservations for passengers.
* A credit card number is needed to confirm a reservation. This card will automatically be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled departure date for the full amount of your tour. If making reservations for multiple parties with different credit cards, please make a separate reservation for each credit card being used.
* If you have a change of plans or in your itinerary, changes to your reservation can be made up to 48-hours prior to departure without penalty. Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48-hours prior to departure date to receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 48-hours is non-refundable.
